Enlighten Festival (Australian Capital Territory)

Provided roving entertainment across three days/nights of the festival, including Canberra Day entertainment.

City of Perth Christmas Lights trail (Western Australia)
November/December 2019, November/December 2020 & November/December 2021
Three consecutive years of roving entertainment for the City of Perth as a different character each year. In 2020 and 2021, collaborated with WA troupe All the Lights WA on costume and choreography.

Glow sail with me – Don Russel Performing Arts Centre School holidays (Western Australia)

Theatre stage show performance of Glow Sail with me in 2021. In 2020, offered a thirty-minute stage show followed by a thirty-minute circus workshop.

Window Shows – Community Covid-19 Initiative (Western Australia)
2nd April to 18th April & 3rd July to 18th July 2020
Posted community service in Innaloo Buy Nothing Facebook group. Visited over 30 houses during the Covid-19 lockdowns offering free circus shows to families. Thanked by the City of Stirling and Bethanie Innaloo Village.

National Folk Festival (Australian Capital Territory)
21st February to 24th February 2020
Performed circus shows, circus workshops and interactive collaborative entertainment to children and families of the folk festival each day. The folk festival scene from WA helped in referencing me to this festival

Talk Like a Pirate Day (Western Australia)
8th May to 18th November 2019
Grant-funded free family fund day through the City of Melville. Collaborated with another pirate-themed entertainer and circus performer to create an event for over 500 members. Hired local pirate themed and nautical performers.

Fringe World Festival (Western Australia)
2015 to 2019
Produced, performed, marketed and documented multiple solo shows for each festival over 5 years. Most shows are now professionally developed. Guest spots in multiple collaborative cabaret shows. Gained 3 1/2 to 4-star ratings.

Kaleidoscope 2017 & 2018 (Western Australia)
9th-12 November 2017 & 1st-4th November 2018
Performed at the City of Joondalup’s festival of light, inspired by Vivid Sydney and Enlighten Canberra, on the Klive stage with new LED circus shows. Each performance is 15 minutes long and performed x3 times per night.

Gascoyne in May 2018 (Western Australia)
2nd May to 11th June 2018
Toured six different remote communities in the Gascoyne region (WA) with 40 other artists. Each location included a show, a collaborative performance and school incursions with indigenous and non-indigenous students.

Folk Festival 2018 tour (Victoria and Australian Capital Territory)
9th March to 1st April 2018
Performed at the Port Fairy Folk Festival and National Folk Festival with children’s show “ARRR” is for Adventure and LED show at various of the family stages across the festivals over the three days (long weekend).

Two-week Intensive Puppet course at Spare Parts Puppet Theatre (Western Australia)
31st July to 11th August 2017
Attended the short course learning various forms of physical theatre, object movement and puppetry. Studied with local artists and international guests. Working with students to create a collaborative performance for teachers. 

Darwin Fringe Festival 2017 (Northern Territory)

Performed “ARRR” is for Adventure, and appeared in cabaret collaborative shows. Performed at the Mindil Markets.

Port Douglas Carnival 2017 (Queensland)

Performed “ARRR” is for Adventure, circus workshops and roving entertainment over the 3-day carnival.

Fairbridge Festival 2016 & 2017 (Western Australia)
15th April to 17th April 2016
Performed “ARRR” is for Adventure and a circus workshop each day in 2016. Requested back to perform daily (Saturday to Monday) in 2017. Rare for this festival to have repeating entertainers.

Adelaide Fringe Festival 2017 (South Australia)
20th January to 26th February 2017
Performed “ARRR” is for Adventure and gained a 4-star rating (KrystoffRAW). First interstate performance (SA).

AQWA and IGA Royal show September school holidays (Western Australia)
24th September to 9th October 2016
Performed every day of the holidays at AQWA including roving, “ARRR” is for Adventure stage show and pirate workshops from 11am-2pm. Then at the IGA Perth Royal Show (roving entertainment from 4-7pm) in the evening.

London Burlesque Festival (Camden, London)
16th May to 22nd May 2016
First billed international performance. Performed cabaret circus acts over at the Dingwall’s in Camden.

Drug Aware presents Clowns vs Ninjas (Western Australia)
October 2015 to 19th December 2015
Grant-funded circus show through Healthways. Directed and performed in the show with 9 circus students. Mentored young students in creating/developing their acts. Learning from professional clowns the art of clowning/theatre.

Perth Medieval Fayre 2015 (Western Australia)
16th May 2015
Official WAMA Entertainment Coordinator & MC Provided all day roving entertainment and workshops. Directed, choreographed, produced and performed the collaborative show “Dancing with Dragons” with 30 performers.

Myth Maker USA and Canada Tour 2013 (Oregon, USA and Vancouver, Canada)
8th July 2013 to 6th September 2013
Toured with Myth Maker across the USA and Canada. Performed at Oregon Country, FaerieWorlds and Burningman.
